V NITESH The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue an order or direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus by declaring the inaction on the part of official respondents in not providing protection from respondents 6 to 9 in harvesting paddy crop raised in Sy.No.1816E situated in Velugodu village limits, Velugodu Mandal, Nandyal District, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents to provide protection from respondents 6 to 9 to harvest the paddy crop raised in Sy.No.1816E situated in Velugodu village limits, Velugodu Mandal, Nandyal District.” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3.
