State & Ors.). Mr. Srijan Nayak, the learned advocate for the applicant, requests an extension of the tenure of the Special Officer for an additional period of two months to facilitate the completion of the election of the Board of Directors and office bearers of the Cooperative Bank. The election involves 78 delegates. Upon consideration, I find no compelling reason to reject the application. It is imperative that the election of both the Board of Directors and the office bearers be conducted expeditiously. 2 Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is allowed. The Special Officer’s tenure shall be extended for an additional period of two months, effective from the date of this order. In the interim, the election of the Board of Directors and the office bearers must be completed. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
