The present CRMP has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: “ It is therefore most humbly prayed that the ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Digitally signed by ABHISHEK SHRIVAS Date: 2025.01.21 16:14:43 +0530 2 Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and the order dated 09.10.2018 passed in Criminal Revision No. 56/2018, passed by First Additional Sessions Judge, May kindly be quashed in the interest of justice and the trial court may kindly be directed to decide the complaint filed by the petitioner to decide it on merits.” 3. Mr. Somesh Bajaj, learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that he has received instruction from his client that the sole petitioner has died, during the course of the pendency of this petition. 4. From perusal of the records, it transpires that Mr. Somesh Bajaj has not filed his power on behalf of the respondent, he is permitted to file his power on behalf of the respondent, during the course of the day. 5.
