We accordingly accept the compromise/settlement, proposed by the parties and modified the award as per compromise and order that in addition to the amount of compensation awarded by the Claims Tribunal, respondent No.3, the insurer shall pay to the appellants a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh and Fifty Thousand Only) by way of compensation, within a period of 60 days from today, otherwise, interest @ 9% per annum from the date of present award, shall also be payable till its realization. 3.
