HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR BHARWANI Order 16/12/2025 Instant bail application has been preferred under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, namely Kanram in a case arising out of First Information Report No.144/2025 registered at Police Station Jeenmata District Sikar for offences punishable under Sections 3/25 (1- B) (A) of Arms Act, 1959. Submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner are that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case, he has nothing to do with the alleged offence and he is behind the bars since 08.08.2025. Charge-sheet, in the present case has already been filed. The case is triable by a Court of 1st Class Magistrate. The trial of the case is likely to take a long time to conclude, till then, his further incarceration would not serve any fruitful purpose and he is ready & willing to furnish his bail bonds. Therefore, the bail applications deserve to be allowed. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the bail application. [2025:RJ-JP:50828] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-13267/2025] Heard learned counsel appearing for the accused-petitioner as well as the learned Public Prosecutor for the State and perused the material made available on record. Considering the overall facts & circumstances of the case and the submissions made at bar but without commenting upon detailed merits of the case, this Court deems it proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular application. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 is allowed and it is, hereby, ordered that the accused- petitioner, namely Kanaram son of late Shri Mangilal shall be enlarged on bail, if he is not required in any other case, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rs.
