No.6668 of 2005 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, ‘the Tribunal’), whereby the petitioners were continued as Mandal Resource Persons at their respective places, pending disposal of this Writ Petition, and consequently to set aside the orders, dated 18.09.2006. 2. Sri Nooka Jagannadam, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by afflux of time, this petition has been rendered infructuous. 3. Sri Ganesh Paladugu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-III appearing for respondent(s), does not dispute the same. 4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 5. Interim order granted earlier in W.P.M.P.No.29910 of 2006 dated 13.11.2006 shall stands vacated. No order as to costs.
