JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking to set aside the order passed in Crl.Misc.No.1050/2024 dated 15.07.2024 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru. 2. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, by order dated 28.10.2024, granted an interim order subject to condition that the petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs.10,00,000/- within a period of six weeks from the said date. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the interim order had been duly complied with by the petitioner. 4. When this matter came up on 09.12.2025, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter is directed to be listed on 10.12.2025 under the caption ‘for dismissal'.
