ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of the India seeking the following relief:-
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the orders in ROC No.FL/372648/2025 and ROC.No.FL/372667/2025, dated 12.09.2025 passed by the 5th respondent rejecting the applications of the petitioners for conducting a survey and demarcating the boundaries of the petitioners lands admeasuring Ac.0.36 cents in Sy.No.86/5 and Ac.0.30 cents in Sy.No.86/5A of Kurinjalam village, Varadaiahpalem Mandal, Tirupathi District as illegal and arbitrary”.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 5th respondent has considered the F-line applications filed by the petitioners and rejected the same vide impugned proceedings dated
12.09.2025. The reasons mentioned in the rejection order is that the petitioners are not in the possession of the subject property. The said observations are contrary to the records. In fact, as per the latest adangals, the petitioners are in possession of subject property and their names are reflecting in the latest adangals.

On perusal of record and considering the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the impugned proceedings dated 12.09.2025 are hereby set aside, remanding the matter to the 4th respondent once again to conduct survey and pass appropriate orders based on the records after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. The above said exercise should be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also stand closed. __________________
