Short counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent nos.2, 3 and 4 is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; Shri Shiv Nath Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent- University and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondent. 3. The petitioners claims themself to be the daily wagers working in the Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agricultural and Technology, Kanpur. The petitioners have filed a writ petition being Writ Petition No. 21960 of 2006 for granting minimum pay scale given to Class-IV employees working in the University. The said writ petition was disposed of by order dated 18.7.2008 directing the authorities to grant the petitioners minimum pay scale given to Class-IV employees of the University. The said order was not being complied with and, therefore, the petitioners were compelled to file contempt petition and only thereafter on 16.12.2013 he was allowed the minimum pay scale of Class-IV employees which is being paid to them since then. 4. The grievance raised in this writ petition is that from the date of allowing of the writ petition i.e. 18.7.2008 till 15.12.2013 the arrears of minimum pay scale admissible to Class-IV employees be paid to the petitioners. 5. The writ petition is disposed of with the request to respondent no.2-Vice Chancellor, Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agricultural and Technology, Kanpur Nagar to consider the claim of the petitioners with regard to arrears of minimum pay scale being paid to Class-IV employee be admissible to the petitioners. The said decision may be taken within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before respondent no. 2.
