This Criminal Revision Case has been filed under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, ‘the Cr.P.C.’) against the order dated 13.06.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1153 of 2016 in C.C.No.121 of 2014 on the file of learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class Prohibition and Excise Court at Chittoor. 2. Heard and perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, this Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the order dated 130.6.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1153 of 2016 in C.C.No.121 of 2014. The Crl.M.P.No.1153 of 2016 has been filed under Section 311 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused seeking to recall P.W.1 and P.W.7 seeking that the counsel for the accused/petitioner was on training camp from 01.05.2016 to 25.05.2016 and the said petitioner was dismissed. Against the said orders, the petitioner/accused preferred the revision. 3 4. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the main C.C.No.121 of 2014 was disposed of on 15.12.2017. In support of this, a copy from the e-Courts website has been filed, which reflects that the said C.C.No.121 of 2014 was disposed of on 15.12.2017. 5. Recording the said submission of learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and in view of the disposal of the C.C.No.121 of 2014 on 15.12.2017, this Court finds the cause does not survive for adjudication and the matter would become infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
