The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 162/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1000/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 111(3), 111(4), 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Surendra Bedia, learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur. 3. On 29.07.2024, Sidhgora police apprehended this petitioner from A/32 Adarsh Path Vardhan Colony, Birsa Nagar. On search, a loaded country made pistol was recovered from his possession. 4. Criminal antecedent of the petitioner, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Surendra Bedia, learned J.M., 1st Class, Jamshedpur or his successor in connection with Sidhgora P.S.
