This application has been filed praying for a direction for releasing decretal amount of Rs. 14,46,757/-(Rupees fourteen lakhs forty six thousand seven hundred fifty seven only) and also for an additional Page No.# 2/2 amount of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) which have been already deposited by the judgment debtor. After hearing both the sides, the prayer of the applicant is allowed. Registry is directed to release the said decretal amount of Rs. 14,46,757/- (Rupees fourteen lakhs forty six thousand seven hundred fifty seven only) to the applicant in terms of the order dated 19.10.2022. The applicant is also directed to approach the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Pasighat in connection with Money Suit No.05/2015 for execution of the decretal amount with 6% per annum from the date of filing of the suit till the full and final realization of the said money and also payment of sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only), being the litigation expenses after given 3(three) years exemption.
