Learned counsel for the petitioner submits a show cause notice dated 01.01.2025 has been issued to the petitioner by the respondent authorities and the authorities are bent to pass such order against the petitioner. He submits that the respondent authorities are not giving her salary for the period from July, 2024 to December, 2024 without there being any valid reason. He submits that the petitioner has filed reply on 03.01.2025 to the said show cause notice, however, the authorities are not taking appropriate action to the said reply filed by the petitioner and due to non-payment of salary, she is facing great hardship. It is submitted that on the behest of private respondents No.8 to 12, the petitioner is being harassed and the District Eduction Officer, Raigarh is influenced by the private respondents No. 8 to 12, as such, necessary order may be passed. It is also stated that the petitioner was not allowing even to mark her attendance in the attendance register and the register is kept hidden so that she may not mark her attendance, therefore the authorities are trying anyhow to remove her from service on the ground that she usually remains absent from her duty. It is further stated that the petitioner has filed several representations to the respondent No.4 for 4 redressal of her grievance, but they are not being considered and decided till date. 3. On the other hand, learned State counsel submits that since only notice has been issued to the petitioner, therefore this petition is not maintainable. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has replied to the show cause notice and further considering the fact that she has not been given her salary from July, 2024 to December, 2024, the District Education Officer, Raigarh is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of passing of this order and so far as the salary part of the petitioner is concerned, it may be released until and unless there is any other impediment in releasing salary. 6. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the petition stands disposed off. sd/- (Amitendra Kishore Prasad) Judge Vishakha
