The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: “(i) That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to SMT NIRMALA RAO -2- direct the respondent authorities to supply the certificate copy of revenue records sought by the petitioner within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. (ii) Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioners.” 2. It is pleaded by the petitioner that the applications were submitted before the Collector and the Tehsildar, Surajpur for the supply of the revenue documents but till date, those documents have not been supplied. 3. Heard. 4. Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the petitioner in this petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to look into the matter and decide the pending applications for the supply of certified copy of the revenue documents expeditiously, if not already supplied. 5.
