2 Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B), 29 of N.D.P.S. Act. 2. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that on 21.01.2025, during checking of vehicles on NH 43 by the police of Jayanagar police station, the present applicant along with other co-accused Sanjay Yadav and the child in conflict with law Gulshan Yadav were found transporting 15 kg 824 grams of ganja in car no. CG 12 AW 6959. The car driver and another person managed to escape taking advantage of the darkness. The applicant has been arrested for the aforesaid crime. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is the second bail application of the applicant and the first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17/04/2025 in MCRC No.2954/2025 on the ground that the applicant had a criminal antecedent of one case. It is stated that till date trial is not yet concluded and he is in jail since 21/01/2025 and so far as the said case is concerned, it is pending trial and the applicant is on bail in the said case. He would submit that charge-sheet has already been filed in the present case and the conclusion of trial is likely to take some time, therefore, he prays for releasing the applicant on regular bail. 4. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the bail application. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case

From perusal of the records, it transpires that this is the second bail application of the applicant and first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17/04/2025 in MCRC No.2954/2025 on the ground that the applicant had a criminal antecedent of one case. Only ground which has been raised in this second bail application is that till date trial is not yet concluded, applicant is in jail since 21/01/2025 and the said case is pending trial wherein he is on bail. No fresh ground has been raised in this second bail application to entertain the same. 7. Accordingly, the second bail application of the applicant- Harishchandra, involved in Crime No.26/2025 registered at Police Station, Jaynagar, District Surajpur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 20 (B), 29 of N.D.P.S. Act is rejected. 8.
