The petitioner being a resident of Coimbatore and having an additional duty to take care of her minor girl child, aged eleven (11) years, expresses genuine inconvenience to attend the hearing at the Family Court, Erode and therefore has come up with the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition. 5. I have heard the petitioner and I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition.
