This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 4 more particularly the 4th respondent in interfering in the civil disputes in respect of Sy.No..128/1A,128/1C of Bhavadevarapalli Village, Nagayalanka Mandal, Krishna District as illegal, arbitrary and

against the principles of natural justice and violative of fundamental right guaranteed under Article 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to interfere in the civil disputes in respect of Sy.No.128/1A, 128/1C of Bhavadevarapalli Village, Nagayalanka Mandal, Krishna District.”
2. Heard Sri Ghantasala Udaya Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that there are several crimes against the petitioner and his son vide crime Nos.297 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 447, 323, 341,506 r/w 34 IPC in Nagayalanka Police Station; Cr.No.47 of 2021 under Sections 447, 307, 323, 354 r/w 34 IPC in Koduru Police Station Krishna District and another Crime in Cr.No.138 of 2018 in Avanigadda Police Station. The petitioner was called for the purpose of investigation. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, Police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crimes which are registered against the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
