This is a writ petition filed by one Kewal Krishan seeking a direction upon the respondents to take appropriate action in respect to the complaint dated 11.12.2024 read with a complaint dated 08.04.2025 regarding removal of illegal and unauthorized construction being raised by one Pritam Singh on the land under khasra No. 292 Lane No. 10, Phase-II JMC Ward No. 59, Top Paloura, Jammu. 2. It has been submitted in the writ petition that Sh. Pritam Singh is raising construction on the aforesaid land without seeking proper permission from the Municipal Authorities and this action is adversely affecting the easementary rights of the petitioner, who is residing in the neighborhood. Sr. No. 113 2 WP(C) No.2203/2025 3. Issue notice to the respondents. 4. Mr. Rajnish Raina, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 5. Having regard to the nature of relief, that is being sought by the petitioner, the instant writ petition can be disposed of by extending appropriate directions to the Municipal Authorities. 6. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law on the basis of the aforesaid complaints stated to have been made by the petitioner. It shall be ensured that no unauthorized construction is raised on spot. 7. Disposed of, accordingly.
