Case No. 71 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 2741 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Miss Manya Tandon, learned J.M- XVII, Ranchi. 3. Due to some dispute, petitioner is alleged to have pushed the deceased on the ground and ran a pickup van over him, due to which, he succumbed to his injuries. 4.
