Mr. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has no objection to the prayer for impleadment. After hearing the learned counsels for both the side, the prayer is allowed. Accordingly, the applicant, Shri Achie Sorang (victim complainant), Son of Shri Tada Sorang, permanent resident of Sepaha Village under Pip-Sorang Circle, PO/PS Palin, Kra Daadi District, Arunachal Pradesh shall be impleaded as petitioner No.5 in the connected Criminal Petition No.24(AP)2025.
