Tiwaripur, District Gorakhpur. 4. Vide order dated 06.01.2011, a notice was issued to the opposite party no.2 and it was directed that no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants. 5. As per the office report dated 27.11.2018, the notice was duly served upon the opposite party no.2, however none has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no. 2. 6. The application is pending since more than 15 years. 7. In view thereof, the instant application is dismissed for want of prosecution. 8. Interim order, granted earlier is vacated. 9.
