Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. As per the instructions received by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel through which it has been transpired that family members of both the petitioners submitted before concerned officer of concerned police station that there is hardly any hindrance or objection created at the behest of family members of either of the petitioners and as such no cause of action survive before petitioner nos. 1 and 2 for pursuing the instant petition and hence the prayer cannot be exceeded as mentioned in the instant petition. 5. In view thereof, present petition stands disposed of. 6. However, it is made clear that the protection granted earlier to the petitioners is hereby discontinued and extension shall be subject to fresh assessment made by concerned police authority.
