Though the matter has been listed under the heading “For Referral to the Special Mediation Drive-Mediation For the Nation”, Mr. S. Srichandan, learned Proxy Counsel, on behalf of Mr. R. Achary, learned Counsel for the Petitioner-wife submits, the interlocutory order passed in CP No.159 of 2013 is under challenge in the present writ petition. The said CP was filed by the Opposite Party-husband for divorce. 3. Learned Proxy Counsel submits, as per the instruction received, the Opposite Party-husband expired on 27.09.2017 and the present writ petition has become infructuous.
