learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Nutan Sahay, learned State Counsel.
2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief:
“(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents authorities to restrain the sairat in the land of petitioner, which is situated in the village Parsa Thana No. 455, Khata No. 226, Khesra No. 754 areas Three Bigha Three katha and
Patna High Court CWJC No.16623 of 2016(8) dt.15-04-2025 2/3 four dhurs and Khata no. 227 Gairmajarua Malikana

No. 769,777,779,780,752,760,1012,1339 total area three bigha sixteen katha and thirteen dhurs and in the village Vishambharpur Thana no. 456, Khata No.177, 181 Survey No. 2, 204, 510, 72, 83,area two Bigha ten katha and five dhurs and kahta no. 177, Khesra No. 3 Bigha 4 katha 11 dhurs where under whereby the above land is valid possession of petitioner and Jamabandi and rent receipt in favour of petitioner from beginning to till today and further direct to respondent not disturb the possession of land of petitioner and take strict action against others pursuance of valid documents and declare three ponds which is situated in above mentioned lands in favour of petitioner and other lands in his favour. (ii) for any other relief/reliefs petitioner is entitled in law.”
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the appropriate Court for the redressal of his grievance for which liberty be
