Learned Counsel for the Petitioners in W.P.No.31271 of 2023 and C.C.No.922 of 2024 had not been consistently appearing in the Contempt Case for quite some time. Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that ‘No Objection’ has been taken from his Office in the Month of January, 2025. Since the Petitioners have not evinced any interest in prosecuting the matters and it has been recorded in the Docket Sheet of the Contempt Case that for the last two adjournments, there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioners. This Court deems it appropriate to dismiss both Contempt Case and Writ Petition for non-prosecution. No Order as to Costs. 3.
