The Petitioner had preferred the present Petition seeking for appointment of a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the Petitioner and the Respondents with reference to the disputes arising out of the Joint Development Agreement dated 07/08/2014 in terms of clause 24 therein at Annexure-B. 2. Subsequently, the parties herein have settled the dispute arising out of the Joint Development Agreement dated 07/08/2014 out of court. Wherefore, it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dismiss the above Petition as settled out of court, in the interest of justice and equity. 3.
