ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not acting upon the petitioners written complaint dated 02-08-2025 as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14, 21, and 300-A of the Constitution. Direct Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to immediately consider the petitioner’s complaint dated 02-08-2025, register a case, conduct a fair investigation, and take necessary action strictly in accordance with law and direct Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 not to interfere in the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners land and not to support or aid the unofficial respondents in any manner Grant police protection to the petitioner and his property from unlawful threats or intrusion by unofficial respondents.…”
2. Heard Sri Subbarao Dhulipalla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent-police to register a case on the complaint made by the petitioner.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that on verification of records, the police have not received any complaint from the petitioner.

5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to the police and pursue the matter. There shall be no order as to costs.
