Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 has submitted that, pursuant to the representation submitted by the petitioner, respondent No.1, by communication dated 06.02.2025, informed the petitioner that respondent No.1 cannot take any action in the matter and that the petitioner has to approach the appropriate competent authority. 4. The memo along with the communication dated 06.02.2025, is placed on record. 5.
