This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief:
“to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ Mandamus declare the action of the 3rd respondent in disengaging petitioner service as Driver vide Lr.No.DEE/O/RCP/JAO.I/ADM/SA.2/DNo.227/16, dated 16-02- 2016 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India, and set aside the same, consequently

direct the Respondents to engage the service of the petitioner as driver....”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no orders as to costs.
