That the impugned Annexure P-16 dated 15.10.2025 issued by the respondent No.2 and the impugned order dated 19.09.2025 (Annexure P-13) passed by the respondent NO.3 may kindly be quashed and set aside. ii. That the respondents may kindly be directed to allow the petitioner to continue with his Trade Fair at village Tartialan, P.O. Rehan, District Kangra, H.P. iii. That respondents NO.2 & 3 may kindly be directed to compensate the loss amounting to Rs.20 lac incurred to the present petitioner w.e.f. 17.09.2025 till the trade fair does not begin.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2.
