1. This writ petition has been preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following relief:

“10.1 Kindly call for entire records/documents in relation to the case of the petitioner from the possession of respondents for its kind perusal. 10.2 Direct respondent authorities to effectuate Correction of date of Birth as 28/02/2004 in Annexure P/4 (Class-10th Mark-sheet) of the petitioner. 10.3 Direct respondent authorities to correct the subsequent and consequential educational record such as Passing Certificate, Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Degree (if any) in the line of corrected date of birth 28.02.2004, in the interest of justice. 10.4 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court thinks fit & proper as per the facts & circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh application/representation before respondent Nos.2 & 3 and in-turn they be directed to consider and decide the same at the earliest within specified time. 3. Learned counsels for the respondents submit that they are having no objection to the prayer made by counsel for petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused record. 5.
Considering facts of the case, above submissions of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to submit fresh application/representation before respondent Nos.2 & 3 within ten days from the date of receipt of
3 copy of this order and in-turn respondent Nos.2 & 3 shall consider and decide the same on its own merit in accordance with relevant rule/law/regulation as soon as possible. CC as per rules. Sd/-
