Case No. 322 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 303(2) of the B.N.S. Act, 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of a bicycle. Several bicycles were recovered from his house. 4. It was further submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2024. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Gumla P.S.
