Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that revised ex-parte assessment order that on 3.9.2007 and revised assessment bill dated 1.9.2007 has been issued by the respondent No.2. Since the matter has been pending before this Court for a very long time. Learned counsel for petitioner sumbits that entire amount has been deposited in protest. 2. In light to the same this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the petitioner to file appeal against revised ex-parte assessment order within a period of four weeks from today. 3. We make it clear that no pre deposit is required to be paid as the entire amount has already been deposited by the petitioner. 4.
