ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 21.09.2021 passed in W.P.No.20924 of 2021. 2. Sri S.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent authorities have not passed orders in true spirit and as such, it amounts to willful disobedience of the orders of this Court. 3. This Court, by way of order dated 21.09.2021, issued a direction to the respondents to take a decision in terms of Section 10 (1) of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and communicate the same to the petitioner in terms of Section 10 (2) of the Act, within one month from the date of order. Whether such order has been passed rightly or not, this Court under contempt jurisdiction cannot decide the issue as it is beyond the jurisdiction of Contempt of Courts Act. As the authorities have complied with the direction given in W.P.No.20924 of 2021, the Contempt case is liable to be closed. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to question the order passed by the 1st respondent before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
