Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 31.10.2023, this Court directed the Registry to remove the name of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and print the name of the writ petitioner in the cause list. Today, name of the petitioner is printed but there is no appearance of the petitioner. 3. Mrs.V.Yamunadevi, learned Special Government Pleader submits that the land has already been acquired and possession has already been taken and the amount is also deposited, therefore, there is no representation of the petitioner and therefore, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed. 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.29585 of 2016 4. Consequently impleading petition No.W.M.P.No.26233 of 2017 is filed to implead the petitioner as party 3rd respondent in the above writ petition No.29585 of 2016 stands dismissed. 5. Accordingly, with the above observations and directions, the writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
