This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“ … to direct the Respondents 3 to 5 to not to call the Petitioner for resolving any civil dispute with respect to Agriculture land in Survey No.l34-B admeasuring an extent of Ac 5-29 Cents situated at Chetnepalli Village, Gooty Mandal, Anantapur District and to pass”.
2. Heard Sri.N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Police are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and un-official respondent.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that Police are calling the petitioner to the police station for the purpose of enquiry and are not interfering in civil disputes between the parties and no crime has been registered.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed not to interfere in civil disputes between the parties except due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
