By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the letter dated 29.03.2025 by the Chief Medical Officer, Varanasi directing for drafting the chargesheet and framing all charges therein against the petitioner. 3. In the considered view of the Court, petitioner cannot question the letter itself at this stage as the chargesheet has yet not came into existence. 4. Liberty rest with the petitioner to question the disciplinary proceedings, if so advised as and when he is served with the chargesheet. 5.Subject to aforesaid liberty, this petition is consigned to records.
