The applicant has preferred this contempt petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging non-compliance of Order dated 20.7.2023 passed in WPS No.4904 of 2023 (Annexure-C/1). 2. At the outset, learned counsel for respondents 1 & 2 submit that in compliance of order under contempt passed in WPS No.4904/2023, representation of the petitioner along with similarly situated teachers has been decided, computation chart has been prepared with regard to payment BINI PRADEEP Digitally signed by BINI PRADEEP Date: 2025.01.29 17:18:52 +0530 2 of arrears of revised pay scale and the same has been forwarded to Director, Panchayat vide Communication dated 21.10.2024 (Annexure-R-2/3), as such, order under contempt has been complied with. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant conceded aforesaid submission of learned counsel for the respondents. He would submit that he has also received copy of Annexure-R-2/3, as such, order has been complied with by the respondent authorities to their extent. 4. Having considered the contention of learned counsel for the parties, since order under contempt has been complied with by the respondents herein after computing arrears of revised pay scale and forwarding the same to the Director, Panchayat vide Annexure-R-2/3, as such, nothing remains in the instant contempt petition to proceed further. Hence, the contempt proceeding is dropped and rule issued is discharged. 5. Accordingly, the instant contempt petition stands disposed of. 6.
