The present appeal assails the order dated 20.02.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge whereby he has disposed of [2025:RJ-JP:34851-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-671/2025] the petition in light of the judgment passed in the case of Rahul Singh Chauhan & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.7868/2023 which has decided by the Co-ordinate Bench at Principal Seat Jodhpur. It is informed that D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.804/2023 is pending before the Principal Seat Jodhpur along with other connected special appeals. In view of the fact that learned Single Judge has not dealt with the merits and simply decided the case in light of judgment passed in Rahul Singh Chauhan (supra). We are of the view that we dispose of the present appeal in the same terms holding that case of the appellant shall be governed by law which has finally settled by the Division Bench in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.804/2023 and other connected special appeals (writ) which are pending at Principal Seat Jodhpur.
