Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). Issue an order/direction to learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Etawah to decide the P.A. No. 13 of 2011 (Premdas (Since Deceased) through his Legal Heirs and Successor vs. Nanhe @ Qyamuddin (since deceased) through his Legal Heirs and Successor within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that P.A. No. 13 of 2011 is pending since long, therefore, a direction may be issued to decide the same at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Etawah to decide P.A. No. 13 of 2011 in accordance with law, maximum within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
