GP FOR SERVICES I (AP) The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus seeking to declare the action of the 1st respondent in issuing the memorandum in Rc No 338/R T/Rect 2/20174 dated 8.6.2017 cancelling the provisional 2 selection of the petitioner and considering the case of the 4th respondent who is not eligible even to make application for the post of Police Constable under Post Code Nos 2 I and 22 as illegal arbitrary and in violation of the principles of natural justice and in violation of the Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the 1st respondent to consider the case of the petitioner as per the selection list....” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G.U.R.C.Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
