The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the notice dated 04.07.2024 issued by the respondent no.2- Assistant Registrar, Firms, Societies and Chits, Prayagraj. 3. The show cause notice dated 04.07.2024 has been issued on the objection of petitioner. The question as to whether meeting was called upon by a competent person in compliance of the direction of this Court in Special Appeal No.644 of 2023 is a question of fact which can be determined by the Assistant Registrar. 4. Since the notice has been issued on the objection of the petitioner, and Assistant Registrar is seized with the matter, therefore, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned notice dated 04.07.2024 appearing on page 27 of the writ petition. 5.
