GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.30414 of 2025 ORDER: This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief: “…..to issue a writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 4th respondent/Tahsildar, Ananthapur Rural Mandal, trying to disposes the petitioners in schedule Patta land in Sy. No.233-4 an extent of Ac. 3-50 cents in Upparapalli Revenue Village, Ananthapuram Rural Mandal Ananthapuram District, without following due process of law as arbitrary, ultra vires, unjust, against principles of natural Justice and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to mutate the revenue records in the name of the petitioners….” 2. While pending the application to mutate the name of the petitioners in the revenue records, instead of considering and passing orders, the respondents are trying to interfere and dispossess the petitioners from the subject land. Hence, the present writ petition. 3. Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent-State, on instructions, has submitted that the 4 respondents are not interfering and not dispossessing the petitioners from the subject land as the subject land is patta land. 4. Considering the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
