...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order, more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, or direction declaring the arbitrary, highhanded, brutal and transgressing acts of the 2nd respondent herein in interfering with civil disputes and detaining the petitioners in their police station (Hyderabad Branch) for more than 10 hours on 10/04/2022 and also insisting the petitioners to handover the original will dated 14/08/2014 and original sale deed dated 24/06/1993 vide Document No.5356/1993 to the 3rd to 9th respondents herein and also insisting the 1st

petitioner to withdraw 0.S.No.144 of 2022 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana State and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, unwarranted, in violation of the Article 14, 19, 20 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents herein not to interfere with the peaceful living of the petitioner by calling the petitioners to the police station and detaining the petitioners for long hours, without any authority under law and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to interfere with the peaceful living of the petitioners and their family members by taking them into unlawful custody and detaining them for long hours, without any authority under law, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition before this Honourable Court.
IA NO: 2 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent herein not to insist the petitioners to produce and handover the original copy of the original will deed dated 14/08/2014 and sale deed dated 24/06/1993 vide Document No.5356/1993 or any other connected document pertaining to 0.S.No.144/2022 on the file of Honorable Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kukkatpally, Hyderabad City, Telangana State, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition before this Honourable Court. ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue an order, more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus, or direction declaring the arbitrary, highhanded, brutal and transgressing acts of the 2nd respondent herein in interfering with civil disputes and detaining the petitioners in their police station (Hyderabad Branch) for more than 10 hours on 10/04/2022 and also insisting the petitioners to handover the original will dated 14/08/2014 and original sale deed dated 24/06/1993 vide Document No.5356/1993 to the 3rd to 9th respondents herein and also insisting the 1st petitioner to withdraw 0.S.No.144 of 2022 on the file of Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana State and declare the same as illegal, arbitrary, unwarranted, in violation of the Article 14, 19, 20 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequentially direct the respondents herein not to interfere with the peaceful living of the petitioner by calling the petitioners to the police station and detaining the petitioners for long hours, without any authority under law and pass such.…”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Kilaru Nithin Krishna,
learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that no further Orders are required in this matter and the petition may be disposed of.
3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the official respondents is in attendance.
4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
