The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Borio (J) P.S. Case No. 61/2023, for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 326 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Sahebganj. 3. On 15.03.2023, at about 04:15 P.M., named accused persons are alleged to have fired upon the brother of the informant causing firearm injury. 4. It was submitted that the statement of the victim was recorded under Section 161 of the Cr. P.C. in which she has named the co-accused persons as assailant. It was further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner in the statement of the victim. It was finally submitted that co-accused persons namely Laxman Mandal, Bishnu Mandal and Nirmal Sah have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. Mr. Saket Kumar, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sahebganj in connection with Borio (J) P.S.
