The Standing Counsel representing the opposite party has obtained instructions and on the basis of his instructions, states that, in compliance of the order passed by the Writ Court, the encroachment over the disputed place have been removed. The said fact is also accepted by Shri Arvind Kumar Shukla, counsel for the applicant. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of.
