ORDER:
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to declare the action of respondents in not initiating any action against the delinquents either departmental or under the relevant penal laws basing on the enquiry report submitted by the enquiry officer nor considered or passed any order on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.11.2025 as illegal and arbitrary.
2. Case of the petitioner is that petitioner filed a written complaint against one Sanjeeva Rao, District Fisheries Officer, Palnadu, alleging serious financial irregularities and misuse of government funds under Pradhan Mantri Mathsya Sampada Yojana Scheme. Based on his complaint, the Commissioner of Fisheries, Andhra Pradesh, appointed Dr.K.Shanthi, Deputy Director of Fisheries as the enquiry officer to examine the matter in detail. During enquiry, pursuant to the notice dated 27.02.2025 issued to him, petitioner appeared before the enquiry officer on 06.03.2025 and submitted relevant records. The enquiry officer completed the enquiry and prepared a report and submitted the same to the Commissioner of Fisheries for further course of

Though the enquiry was probed into upon the complaint made by petitioner by appointing an enquiry officer and after submission of detailed report long back to the authorities, no action was taken against the delinquents. It is further stated that petitioner made a representation on 06.11.2025 narrating the
facts and asked the authorities to furnish the information about the action taken against the delinquents.
3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

Learned counsel for respondents submits that the matter be disposed of, with a direction to dispose of the representation dated 06.11.2025 submitted by the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation dated 06.11.2025 made by the petitioner herein in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

7. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
