Present appeal has been filed with the prayer to allow the appeal and set aside the judgement and order dated 03.06.2010 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (EC Act), Shahjahanpur in S.T. No. 226 of 1993 arising out of Case Crime No. 15 of 1990, Police Station Sindhauli, District Shahjahanpur. 3. As per office report dated 16.05.2025 based on the report of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shahjahanpur dated 08.05.2025, the surviving appellant no. 1 Hari Ram has died about eight years back and appellant no. 2 Pyare Lal has died about five years back. The statements of Rambaran son of appellant no. 1 Hari Ram, who is nephew of appellant no. 2 Pyare Lal and Mangu Lal son of Likha, who is nephew of appellant no. 1 Hari Ram, Ram Bhajan son of Chetram, Gram Pradhan and Sub Inspector Hanuman Yadav have been recorded in respect of death of both the appellants. Death of both the appellants have been certified by Ram Bhajan, Gram Pradhan, Gram Bachuiya, Police Station Sidhauli, District Shahjahanpur. 5. In such view of the matter, the present appeal stands abated. 6. The record of the present appeal shall remain connected with the connected appeal. 7. List the connected appeal i.e. Crl.
