By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged his termination, which has been communicated to him by the Deputy Director (Administration), AIIMS, Patna. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner was appointed with effect from 13.10.2012 to work at AIIMS, Patna through an outsourced agency. Thereafter, the petitioner continuously worked for about 10 years, but all of a sudden, his services were terminated. Hence, the present writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent–AIIMS raises a preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner is not an Patna High Court CWJC No.5405 of 2025(2) dt.23-03-2026 2/2 employee of AIIMS; rather, he was engaged through an outsourced agency. It is contended that the petitioner, being an outsourced employee, cannot raise any grievance directly against AIIMS. 5. In light of the submissions made and considering that the petitioner is an employee of an outsourced agency, the appropriate remedy available to him is to approach the competent Labour Court. 6. Under the circumstances, the present writ petition stands disposed off, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy before the competent Labour Court under the applicable labour laws.
