The petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the following relief:- 10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority more particularly Respondent No. 2 to consider the vacant place of posting i.e. Undi Government Higher Secondary School, Amaru Government High School, Boro Government High School, kudkayi Government High School, Navagaon Government Higher Secondary School, Kotmi Khurd Government High School and accordingly, he may be posted anywhere amongst those places and also his dated 20.08.2025 & 25.08.2025 representation be decided. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner and give him posting accordingly. 10.3 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deem fit and appropriate. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would restricted her submission to the extend that with respect to the grievance of the petitioner, he made his representation on 25.08.2025 to the Respondent no. 2 but till date his representation has not been decided and therefore the Respondent No. 2 may be directed to take a decision on his pending representation dated 25.08.2025 (Annexure-P/5) in accordance with law within the stipulated time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent/ State would submit that he has no objection if such a direction is being 3 given to the Respondent No. 2 to decide the representation made by the petitioner within a stipulated time frame in accordance with law. 4. Considering the limited submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to take a decision on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2025 (Annexure-P/5) within 3 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order in accordance with law and also in view of the applicable rules and circulars holding the filed. 5. The petitioner is directed to produce the copy of this order to the Respondent No. 2 within a week from today. 6. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition is disposed of.
